Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were not only beautiful and very romantic, with huge soaring 20-foot ceilings and custom designed furnishings fit for Architectural Digest but also very well-equipped and impeccably cleaned. The service was outstanding, especially from Fernando, who ensured our day started with a smile. The location, near north Merida and beautiful natural surroundings, was a true oasis. The dining offered a delectable array of both common and local dishes. However, it's worth noting that the rooms were excellent, and service exceptional.
Staying at this hotel was like a dream, from the unbelievable rooms with a hammock, three outdoor balconies, and an outdoor jacuzzi to the magical ambiance created by the light, air, and birds outside. The service was extremely helpful and nice, and the location in Hacienda Xcanatun was beautiful, although it could have been serviced more frequently. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the facilities were excellent, making it a luxurious stay overall.
My stay at this hotel was a true mix of luxury and missed opportunities. The rooms, designed like they came out of Architectural Digest with their soaring ceilings and custom furnishings, were absolutely fantastic. However, the lack of views and connection to nature felt like a missed chance, especially considering it was part of a wedding package. The service, characterized by the stunning and accommodating staff, was exemplary and truly delightful. The location, while very picturesque and great for photos, offered a beautiful setting but missed the mark in truly connecting with nature. The dining experience, especially on the private terrace, was delicious, making up for the missed connection to nature. The facilities were pristine and well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience.
